To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

1. The item must be unused and in original condition.

2. The original tag must be attached—returns without tags will not be accepted.

3. A 1-minute unboxing video is required as proof.

   • The video must clearly show:

     • The unopened package

     • You opening the parcel on camera

     • The item with the tag still attached

   • This helps us verify the condition and authenticity of the return request.
